Who Are We?
We are keepers, enthusiasts, and reptile lovers just like you! Lucky Exotics is a small hobby breeding program for Furcifer pardalis aka "Panther Chameleons" located in Massachusetts USA. We began as novice keepers in 2016 and fell in love with the species. Panther Chameleons are like living artwork and just being in their presence is special! Panther Chameleons stand out in the reptile community for their wild coloration and amazing feeding response. We wanted to share the joy of the species with all of you and strive to be both educators and advocates for the reptile community. Our goal is to make the keeping of Panther Chameleons and their husbandry easy, fun, continuously improving, and rewarding.

We keep detailed records of lineage so keepers can understand the genetics of their chameleon and get an idea of their possible adult coloration. We aim to be as transparent as possible in this process and will never offer reptiles that lack this information. Genetic data is vital when selecting for breeding purposes and we always welcome hobbyist and wholesalers questions to ensure satisfaction.
Panther Chameleons and are not social creatures by nature, however we believe we can still form lifelong bonds and build trust via socialization. We socialize every chameleon we offer so we can begin building trust right out of the egg. While not every chameleon will become friendly or even enjoy handling we can help our reptiles develop trust by respecting their personal space and having a routine in place. This gives each chameleon the option to mature into confident healthy adults. We believe in the progression of husbandry as a science and are consistently seeking out new evidence based literature and making changes when appropriate.

All purchases are securely processed via Square checkout, we accept most major forms of payment. Purchase of our products serves as a contractual agreement to our terms of service and policy listed below. We aim to make the hobby accessible to all, therefore we offer a extended variety of different payment methods to meet your budget!

For purchases at events we offer a virtual payment terminal or simply scan the QR code on the product label to pay online using any of our payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason and will provide a full refund if that is determined to be in the best interest of the reptile.
Lucky Exotics will never ask you to pay using PayPal Friends & Family or ask you to pay using an unprotected method. -
All Live Reptile shipments are scheduled within 24 hours or less from the purchase time.
All reptiles ship via professional reptile shipping service and are insured and tracked.
We include hot or cool packs in all our shipments depending on weather.
Purchases cannot be sent to your home address for the safety of the reptile.
We will contact you to confirm the location of the FedEx hub where you will pick up your purchase.
We cannot ship until we make contact with you to confirm shipping details, please respond promptly to avoid delays.
We do not ship Friday - Sunday to avoid shipments being held overnight.
We may contact you in the event of dangerous weather conditions which may delay your shipment.
Feeder insects and dry goods or supplies can ship directly to your home address.

Pickup may be offered for special events such as expo's, products or reptiles which can be preordered for event pickup will have that option on their product page.
All live reptiles are packaged in temporary enclosures for travel purposes, be sure to have their enclosure and food ready at home before attending the event for a successful acclimation.
All expo sales are final however we still strongly urge you to reach out to us with any issues you may have so we can help find a resolution.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment or pickup contact us via email or phone and we will refund you the entire purchase price. We cannot cancel orders once the order is marked shipped, however we still recommend you contact us so we can look into alternative options.

48 Hours from the time of delivery/pickup:
You are always protected from dead on arrival (DOA).
DOA is defined as a live purchase that arrives dead or dies shortly after delivery (48 hours).
All DOA purchases of live purchases must be reported within 48 hours of the tracking being marked as delivered/collected to be eligible for a refund. While this occurrence is extremely rare if it does happen we can offer you a full refund as all our shipments are insured.
DOA claims require evidence such as a photo to be approved and qualify for a refund.
We guarantee your purchase will arrive healthy and ready to grow or your money back!
All reptiles sold at special events are final sale and are not returnable
After 48 hours from the time of delivery/pickup:
We do not accept a refund/return after 48 hours post delivery.
If you have a issue with sex guarantee please see "Sex Guarantee" policy above.
We understand our return policy is not all encompassing and sometimes special situations arise so please reach out to us even if the return window has expired because our goal is to make you happy! While a return or exchange may not always be feasible we can offer different resolutions based on the problem and we strongly encourage you to contact us to make things right regardless of how long ago a purchase occurred.

30 days from the time of delivery/pickup:
Dry good are defined as products such as sand, drippers, feeding cups, etc.
We accept returns on dry goods orders up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping fee is based on return location and varies. The prepaid return label provided at the time of return/exchange request must be used.
We do not accept any returns on dry goods after 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns past this date will not be honored.
All dry goods sold at special events are final sale and are not returnable.

Lucky Exotics does occasionally work with wholesalers and other retailers at our discretion, you can use the contact page to send wholesale order requests.

All live reptile purchases come with lifetime support completely free of charge. Questions about supplements, caging, water supply, etc can be answered by our staff.
